Made with high-quality ingredients, our coffee is the result of a formula and roasting process developed by our founder, Mike Brown, in 2012. He wanted to create a strong, bold, and smooth cup using the best quality ingredients.

We typically recommend using 2.5 tablespoons of coffee for each 6 ounces of water, though you're free to adjust based on your usual brew method. For a full pot, we suggest a 1:10 coffee-to-water ratio. Our coffees are free of any nut or gluten allergens and are produced in facilities with no possibility of cross-contamination.

Our core roasts include a Dark Roast with subtle undertones of dark chocolate and black cherry, a Medium Roast with subtle undertones of stone fruit and caramel, and an Espresso Roast with subtle undertones of caramelized sugar. All use a blend of arabica and robusta beans.

Our naturally flavored, single-serve cups offer a Vanilla profile with warm, rich vanilla rounded out by notes of smooth, yet bold coffee; a Chocolate Hazelnut profile with toasted hazelnut and rich fudge blending with a smooth coffee; and a Blue and Buried profile with homemade blueberry jam, luscious vanilla, and sweet Vietnamese cinnamon. These medium roasts also use a Fair Trade arabica and robusta blend.
